Nutella Mini Croissants

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 tsp Nutella
  • 4 tsp strawberry jam
  • 1 large egg + 1 tbsp water
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Unfold pastry sheet and cut into 8 equal triangles. Lightly brush triangle edges with water
  2. 2 Assemble: Place 1 tsp Nutella and ½ tsp strawberry jam in the center of each triangle
  3. 3 Form: Starting from the wide end, gently roll each triangle toward the point to create crescents
  4. 4 Finish: Mix egg with water and brush over crescents. Dust with cinnamon sugar mixture
  5. 5 Bake: Air fry at 300°F / 150°C for 11-14 minutes until puffed and golden
  6. 6 Rest: Allow to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying
