  • 2 large bananas, sliced ½ inch thick
  • 1 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix: Combine melted butter and vanilla extract in a small bowl
  2. 2 Season: In another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together
  3. 3 Prepare: Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray or line with parchment
  4. 4 Coat: Brush banana slices with butter mixture, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar blend
  5. 5 Cook: Air fry at 390°F / 200°C for 7-9 minutes until golden brown and caramelized
  6. 6 Serve: Allow to cool briefly before serving. Perfect over ice cream or yogurt
