  • 1 stick butter softened (8 tbsp)
  • ½ cup plus 2 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Preheat air fryer to 370°F / 190°C
  2. 2 Mix Wet: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg until well combined
  3. 3 Mix Dry: Gradually incorporate flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips
  4. 4 Pan Prep: Lightly coat a 6-inch pan with cooking spray. Press half the dough evenly into pan
  5. 5 Bake: Air fry for 10 minutes until edges are golden and center is set
  6. 6 Serve: Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm with ice cream if desired
  7. 7 Store: Store remaining dough in refrigerator for 3-5 days or freeze up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before using
