- 2 Form: Arrange the cookie dough pieces in a star pattern with one in the center
- 3 Bake: Air fry at 360°F / 180°C for 6 minutes initially
- 4 Complete: Gently flatten the cookie surface and continue cooking for 2-4 minutes until golden
- 5 Garnish: Add scoops of vanilla gelato, dollops of whipped cream, and drizzle with melted chocolate
