  • 2 ears corn, shucked and halved
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro, or to taste (Optional)

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Preheat air fryer to 400°F / 200°C
  2. 2 Mix: Combine mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, and chili powder in a shallow dish to create the coating
  3. 3 Coat: Thoroughly roll each corn piece in the mayonnaise mixture until evenly covered
  4. 4 Cook: Place corn pieces in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes
  5. 5 Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately
