- Prep: Gently stretch and shape pizza dough to match your air fryer basket size. In a small bowl, combine sliced red onion with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of kosher salt
- Base: Place dough in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F / 204°C for 3 minutes. Flip the dough and cook for an additional 2 minutes to create a sturdy base
- Assemble: Layer provolone cheese, seasoned onions, pepperoni slices, and pepperoncini evenly across the par-cooked crust
- Cook: Return to air fryer and cook at 400°F / 204°C for 7-8 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown
- Finish: Remove from air fryer and drizzle with honey before serving
