Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • Seasonings (garlic, salt, cayenne)
  • Cooking spray
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Create three shallow dishes - one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one combining panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese
  2. 2 Bread: Working one at a time, coat each fillet in flour, dip in egg wash, then press into breadcrumb mixture
  3. 3 Cook: Place breaded fillets in air fryer basket at 400°F / 200°C for 8-10 minutes until coating is golden brown and fish flakes easily
  4. 4 Finish: Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges, adding extra seasoning if desired
