Ingredients

  • ½ lb scallops
  • 1 tsp salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp softened butter

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Preheat air fryer to 400°F / 200°C. Pat scallops completely dry with paper towels. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Season: Season scallops on all sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. 3 Cook: Place seasoned scallops in prepared air fryer basket. Cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook additional 3 minutes until opaque and lightly golden.
  4. 4 Finish: Transfer scallops to serving plate and toss with softened butter. Serve immediately.
