  • 2 (6-8 oz) skin-on salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Carefully check salmon fillets and remove any pin bones. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2 Season: Generously coat all sides of the salmon fillets with the spice mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and use your hands to ensure even coverage.
  3. 3 Cook: Place the seasoned fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 390°F / 200°C for 7-9 minutes, or until the salmon is golden-brown on top and flakes easily with a fork.
