- 1 egg for wash

Instructions
- 1 Prep: Carefully remove casings from sausages. Ensure puff pastry is fully thawed before starting
- 2 Assemble: Lay out pastry sheet and place sausage meat along one edge. Brush edge with beaten egg wash
- 3 Roll: Gently roll pastry around sausage, sealing the edge with egg wash to create a log
- 4 Cut & Finish: Slice log into 2-inch rolls. Brush tops with remaining egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- 5 Cook: Place in air fryer basket at 350°F / 180°C for 7-9 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed
