Ingredients

• 3 sausages
• Puff pastry sheets
• Sesame seeds
• 1 egg for wash
• Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prep: Carefully remove casings from sausages. Ensure puff pastry is fully thawed before starting
2. Assemble: Lay out pastry sheet and place sausage meat along one edge. Brush edge with beaten egg wash
3. Roll: Gently roll pastry around sausage, sealing the edge with egg wash to create a log
4. Cut & Finish: Slice log into 2-inch rolls. Brush tops with remaining egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
5. Cook: Place in air fryer basket at 350°F / 176°C for 7-9 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed
