Sweet Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Extra salt for serving

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Remove husks and silk from corn. If needed, cut ears in half to fit air fryer basket
  2. 2 Season: Brush corn evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt
  3. 3 Cook: Air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 6-8 minutes, rotating halfway through, until corn is tender and lightly charred
  4. 4 Serve: Top hot corn with butter and season with additional salt to taste
