  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp quick-cooking oats
  • 1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tbsp salted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Preheat air fryer to 360°F / 180°C
  2. 2 Mix Filling: In a small bowl, combine blueberries, flour, lemon juice, and salt. Divide between two 1-cup ramekins
  3. 3 Make Topping: Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Work in softened butter with a fork until crumbly
  4. 4 Assemble: Sprinkle topping evenly over blueberry mixture in ramekins
  5. 5 Cook: Air fry until berries are hot and topping turns golden brown, 12-14 minutes
