  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 tbsp ghee or butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: In a bowl, combine melted ghee with garlic powder and turmeric to make the seasoning mixture.
  2. 2 Season: Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss thoroughly until evenly coated and golden yellow. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Air Fry: Place in air fryer basket and cook at 375°F / 190°C for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking, until florets are golden brown and tender-crisp.
  4. 4 Serve: Transfer to serving dish and enjoy hot for best texture and flavor.
