Cinnamon Almonds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unblanched almonds
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • White and brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Whisk egg white in a bowl until frothy, then mix in vanilla extract
  2. 2 Combine: Add almonds to egg mixture and stir until evenly coated
  3. 3 Mix: In a separate bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon
  4. 4 Coat: Toss the coated almonds in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until well covered
  5. 5 Cook: Air fry at 300°F / 150°C for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through
  6. 6 Cool: Remove from air fryer and allow to cool completely before storing
