- 2 cups unblanched almonds
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- White and brown sugar
- Salt
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- 1 Prepare: Whisk egg white in a bowl until frothy, then mix in vanilla extract
- 2 Combine: Add almonds to egg mixture and stir until evenly coated
- 3 Mix: In a separate bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon
- 4 Coat: Toss the coated almonds in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until well covered
- 5 Cook: Air fry at 300°F / 150°C for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through
- 6 Cool: Remove from air fryer and allow to cool completely before storing
