Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Slice potatoes into thick wedges. Submerge in cold water and soak for 20 minutes. Pat completely dry with paper towels.
  2. 2 Season: Combine wedges with 2 tbsp oil and salt in a large bowl, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. 3 Cook: Place wedges in air fryer basket and cook at 380°F / 190°C for 20 minutes. Shake basket halfway through cooking.
  4. 4 Season Again: Remove basket and toss wedges with remaining oil and Old Bay seasoning.
  5. 5 Finish: Return to air fryer for 10-15 minutes until wedges are deeply golden and crispy.
  6. 6 Serve: Transfer to serving plate and enjoy hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
