  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Using a mandoline or sharp knife, slice potato into 1/8 inch thick rounds. Submerge in ice water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat completely dry with paper towels
  2. 2 Season: In a large bowl, gently toss the dried potato slices with oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt
  3. 3 Cook: Air fry at 370°F / 190°C for 15-18 minutes, shaking basket every 4 minutes until chips are golden brown and crispy
  4. 4 Serve: While chips are still hot, season with additional salt if desired. For best texture and flavor, enjoy the same day
