Classic Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • Bacon (optional)
  • Smoked paprika
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cheese slices
  • Burger buns and toppings

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika and optional chopped bacon. Shape mixture into 4 equal-sized patties
  2. 2 Season: Generously sprinkle both sides of patties with salt and black pepper
  3. 3 Cook: Place patties in air fryer basket and cook at 380°F / 190°C for 4 minutes. Flip and continue cooking 5-7 minutes until desired doneness
  4. 4 Finish: If adding cheese, place slice on patty during final minute of cooking. Transfer to buns and add preferred toppings
