Ingredients
- 4 uncooked bratwurst sausages
- Buns for serving
- Optional toppings (sauerkraut, mustard)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prepare: Using a fork, carefully pierce each bratwurst casing several times to prevent bursting
- Cook: Place in air fryer basket and cook at 360°F / 182°C for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 160°F or 71°C
- Serve: Place hot bratwurst in buns and top with sauerkraut, mustard or preferred condiments
- Note: If cooking from frozen, extend cooking time to 12-15 minutes
