Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • White miso paste
  • Fresh ginger and garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Maple syrup
  • Sesame oil
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings

Instructions

  1. Prepare: In a bowl, whisk together white miso paste, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, maple syrup and sesame oil until well combined
  2. Marinate: Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top. Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour
  3. Cook: Place marinated salmon in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F / 204°C for 8-12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork
  4. Serve: Transfer to plates and garnish with additional sesame seeds if desired
