Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets 6-8 oz each
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare Glaze: Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a mixing bowl until well blended. Reserve for basting.
  2. 2 Prep Salmon: Thoroughly pat salmon filets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Prepare Air Fryer: Line air fryer basket with foil for easier cleanup. Preheat to 400°F / 200°C for 3 minutes.
  4. 4 Air Fry: Place seasoned salmon in basket and carefully pour glaze over filets. If using minced garlic, arrange it around rather than on top of the salmon to prevent burning. Air fry 4-8 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  5. 5 Check Doneness: Test salmon with a fork - it should flake easily when fully cooked.
  6. 6 Serve: Transfer salmon to plates and spoon remaining glaze from the foil over top for extra flavor.
