Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz) block firm tofu, cut into 1 ½" cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tbsp light soy sauce, or liquid aminos
  • ½ tsp sesame oil, or any oil
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Press and cube tofu. In a medium bowl, toss tofu with soy sauce to coat.
  2. 2 Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  3. 3 Air Fry: Arrange tofu in a single layer in air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces. Cook at 400°F / 200°C for 10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
  4. 4 Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy hot!
