Ingredients

  • 4 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Arrange cubed squash in a single layer in air fryer basket and lightly coat with olive oil spray.
  2. 2 Cook: Air fry at 340°F / 170°C for 20-23 minutes, shaking basket every 7-8 minutes.
  3. 3 Season: Mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt and brown sugar in a bowl.
  4. 4 Finish: Once squash is tender, drizzle with olive oil and toss with seasoning mixture.
  5. 5 Final Cook: Air fry 3-4 more minutes until spices are fragrant. Serve immediately while hot.
