Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet or Idaho potatoes
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • Optional: toppings (sour cream, butter, chives, etc)

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Pierce potatoes several times with a fork on all sides.
  2. 2 Season: Lightly coat each potato with olive oil spray and sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
  3. 3 Cook: Place potatoes in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F / 200°C for 35-40 minutes, rotating halfway through. Potatoes are done when easily pierced with a knife.
  4. 4 Rest & Serve: Let potatoes rest 2-3 minutes. Cut open, fluff with a fork, and add remaining salt and pepper. Top as desired with butter, sour cream, chives or your favorite toppings.
