Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 (6 oz) skin-on salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat air fryer to 390°F / 200°C
  2. Prepare Fish: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and lightly mist with cooking spray
  3. Season: Combine Cajun seasoning and brown sugar, then press flesh side of fillets into mixture
  4. Cook: Spray air fryer basket and place salmon skin-side down. Mist tops lightly with cooking spray
  5. Air Fry: Cook for 8 minutes until salmon flakes easily
  6. Rest: Let salmon rest for 2 minutes before serving
  7. Note: For well-done salmon, add 1-2 minutes cooking time, being careful not to overcook
