Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin (silver skin trimmed)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ⅛ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Preheat air fryer to 400°F / 200°C. Remove silver skin from tenderloin.
  2. 2 Season: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, parsley, seasoning salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika. Coat tenderloin with oil, then thoroughly rub with spice mixture.
  3. 3 Cook: Lightly oil air fryer basket. Place seasoned tenderloin in basket, cutting in half if needed for fit. Air fry for 8 minutes, then check and flip if needed. Continue cooking 7-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F or 63°C.
  4. 4 Rest: Allow pork to rest 5-10 minutes before slicing to keep juices locked in. Cut into medallions and serve.
