Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • Ketchup-mustard glaze
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper)

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Process onion, garlic and parsley until finely chopped. In a large bowl, combine with ground beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs and seasonings
  2. 2 Shape: Divide mixture in half and form into two evenly-sized loaves
  3. 3 Cook: Place loaves in air fryer basket and cook at 350°F / 180°C for 12 minutes
  4. 4 Glaze: Carefully flip loaves and brush with half of the ketchup-mustard glaze. Continue cooking for 8 minutes
  5. 5 Finish: Brush with remaining glaze and cook 3-4 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C
