Classic Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Ketchup-mustard glaze
- Seasonings (salt, pepper)
Instructions
- Prepare: Process onion, garlic and parsley until finely chopped. In a large bowl, combine with ground beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs and seasonings
- Shape: Divide mixture in half and form into two evenly-sized loaves
- Cook: Place loaves in air fryer basket and cook at 350°F / 176°C for 12 minutes
- Glaze: Carefully flip loaves and brush with half of the ketchup-mustard glaze. Continue cooking for 8 minutes
- Finish: Brush with remaining glaze and cook 3-4 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C
