Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Thoroughly dry pickle slices using paper towels to ensure crispy results. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
  2. 2 Dredge: In a separate bowl, whisk egg with water. Dip each pickle slice in egg wash, then coat completely in bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  3. 3 Cook: Place breaded pickles in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4 Serve: Transfer to serving plate and let cool slightly. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
