Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp Frank's RedHot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Cut cauliflower head into evenly-sized florets, about 1-2 inches in size.
  2. Mix Sauce: In a large bowl, combine Frank's RedHot sauce with melted butter, kosher salt, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  3. Season: Add cauliflower florets to the sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle cornstarch over florets and toss again to lightly coat.
  4. Air Fry: Place seasoned florets in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 350°F / 176°C for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until cauliflower is tender and edges are crispy.
  5. Make Dressing: While cauliflower cooks, combine crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve: Transfer hot cauliflower to serving plate and serve immediately with blue cheese dressing on the side.
