  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • Dash of pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey and dijon mustard until well combined. Season with a dash of pepper.
  2. 2 Bread Chicken: Dip each chicken tender in the honey mustard sauce, allowing excess to drip off. Roll in the combined Panko and Italian breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  3. 3 Cook: Place breaded tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 18 minutes, flipping carefully halfway through cooking time until golden brown and cooked through.
