  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Slice carrots into 3-inch segments, cutting thicker ends in half lengthwise for even cooking
  2. 2 Season: Combine carrots with olive oil, kosher salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated
  3. 3 Cook: Air fry at 360°F / 180°C for 10-12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until carrots are tender with slight charring
  4. 4 Garnish: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over carrots and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve hot with lemon wedges
