Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare: Slice carrots into 3-inch segments, cutting thicker ends in half lengthwise for even cooking
