- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 lemon
- Fresh dill or parsley
Instructions
- Prepare: Slice carrots into 3-inch segments, cutting thicker ends in half lengthwise for even cooking
- Season: Combine carrots with olive oil, kosher salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated
- Cook: Air fry at 360°F / 182°C for 10-12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until carrots are tender with slight charring
