- 1 lemon

Instructions
- 1 Prepare: Slice carrots into 3-inch segments, cutting thicker ends in half lengthwise for even cooking
- 2 Season: Combine carrots with olive oil, kosher salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated
- 3 Cook: Air fry at 360°F / 180°C for 10-12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until carrots are tender with slight charring
- 4 Garnish: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over carrots and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve hot with lemon wedges
