  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp chipotle powder
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Thoroughly rinse pumpkin seeds and pat completely dry with paper towels
  2. 2 Season: In a medium bowl, combine seeds with olive oil, chipotle powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated
  3. 3 Air Fry: Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 350°F / 180°C for 10-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking until seeds are golden and crispy
  4. 4 Finish: Remove from air fryer and let cool completely. Seeds will become crunchier as they cool
