- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp chipotle powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1 Prepare: Thoroughly rinse pumpkin seeds and pat completely dry with paper towels
- 2 Season: In a medium bowl, combine seeds with olive oil, chipotle powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated
- 3 Air Fry: Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 350°F / 180°C for 10-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking until seeds are golden and crispy
- 4 Finish: Remove from air fryer and let cool completely. Seeds will become crunchier as they cool
