- 4 bacon strips
- 4 large eggs
- ⅓ cup half-and-half cream
- Black pepper
- Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Prepare: Partially cook bacon until flexible but not crispy
- Mix: In a bowl, combine 2 eggs with half-and-half and black pepper
- Assemble: Shape bacon strips into circles inside ramekins
