  • 4 bacon strips
  • 4 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup half-and-half cream
  • Black pepper
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Partially cook bacon until flexible but not crispy
  2. 2 Mix: In a bowl, combine 2 eggs with half-and-half and black pepper
  3. 3 Assemble: Shape bacon strips into circles inside ramekins
  4. 4 Fill: Sprinkle cheese and green onions, pour egg mixture, top each with whole egg
  5. 5 Cook: Air fry at 350°F / 180°C for 15-20 minutes until eggs are fully set
  6. 6 Serve: Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving
