- 4 bacon strips
- 4 large eggs
- ⅓ cup half-and-half cream
- Black pepper
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions, chopped

Instructions
- 1 Prepare: Partially cook bacon until flexible but not crispy
- 2 Mix: In a bowl, combine 2 eggs with half-and-half and black pepper
- 3 Assemble: Shape bacon strips into circles inside ramekins
- 4 Fill: Sprinkle cheese and green onions, pour egg mixture, top each with whole egg
- 5 Cook: Air fry at 350°F / 180°C for 15-20 minutes until eggs are fully set
- 6 Serve: Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving
