  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Silicone liner for basket

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Preheat air fryer to 300°F / 150°C. Add butter to lined basket and melt for 1-2 minutes
  2. 2 Mix: In a bowl, thoroughly beat eggs with a pinch of salt until well blended
  3. 3 Cook: Adjust temperature to 310°F / 150°C, pour beaten eggs into the lined basket and cook for 2 minutes
  4. 4 Finish: Gently stir the eggs, continue cooking 4-5 minutes until fully set. Add fresh cracked pepper
