- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Silicone liner for basket
Instructions
- Prepare: Preheat air fryer to 300°F / 148°C. Add butter to lined basket and melt for 1-2 minutes
- Mix: In a bowl, thoroughly beat eggs with a pinch of salt until well blended
- Cook: Adjust temperature to 310°F / 154°C, pour beaten eggs into the lined basket and cook for 2 minutes
- Finish: Gently stir the eggs, continue cooking 4-5 minutes until fully set. Add fresh cracked pepper
