  • Italian breadcrumbs
  • Pecorino Romano cheese
  • Large egg
  • Water
  • Cooking spray
  • Marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Whisk together egg and water in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, combine Italian breadcrumbs with grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  2. 2 Coat: Dip each ravioli first in the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture
  3. 3 Air Fry: Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Cook at 350°F / 180°C for 6 minutes, then flip ravioli and cook for 4 minutes more until golden brown and crispy
  4. 4 Serve: Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with warmed marinara sauce for dipping
