  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Frank's RedHot sauce
  • Blue cheese dip for serving
  • Celery sticks

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Thoroughly pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine baking powder and salt, then toss wings until evenly coated
  2. 2 Cook: Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 20-25 minutes, flipping wings halfway through cooking time
  3. 3 Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and hot sauce, whisking until well blended
  4. 4 Coat: Transfer hot wings to a large bowl and pour sauce over top. Toss until wings are thoroughly coated
  5. 5 Serve: Arrange on a platter with blue cheese dip and celery sticks on the side
