  • 8 medium jalapeños, halved & seeded
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 5 slices bacon, chopped
  • ⅔ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Seasonings (garlic, onion powder, paprika)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1 Preparation: Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and seasonings in a bowl until well mixed
  2. 2 Bacon Topping: Crisp the chopped bacon in a pan, then mix the panko breadcrumbs into the bacon drippings. Stir in the crispy bacon pieces
  3. 3 Assembly: Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, then press the tops into the prepared panko-bacon mixture
  4. 4 Cooking: Air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 7-10 minutes, watching carefully until the tops are golden brown and peppers are tender
