  • 1 13.8 oz tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 36 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep: Preheat air fryer to 350°F / 180°C
  2. 2 Prepare: Unroll pizza dough and divide into 9 even rectangular pieces
  3. 3 Assemble: Layer 4 pepperoni slices and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese in the middle of each rectangle
  4. 4 Shape: Carefully fold dough over the filling and seal edges firmly, placing seam-side down
  5. 5 Season: Combine melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl
  6. 6 Finish: Brush the seasoned butter mixture over each roll
  7. 7 Cook: Air fry for 8-10 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cooked through
