Parmesan Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare: Pat pork chops completely dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  2. 2 Season: In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, paprika and pepper. Press mixture firmly onto both sides of each chop.
  3. 3 Air Fry: Place chops in basket and cook at 375°F / 190°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F or 63°C.
  4. 4 Rest: Transfer to a plate and let rest for 10 minutes before serving to keep juices locked in.
