- 4 sirloin steaks, 1-inch thick
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- 1 Spices: Combine the spices in a small bowl.
- 2 Prep Steak: Spray the steak with olive oil and coat both sides with the spices.
- 3 Cook: For 1-inch steak, air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 10 minutes (medium rare) or 12 minutes (medium). Flip halfway through.
- 4 Salt: Finish with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- 5 Rest: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
