  • 4 sirloin steaks, 1-inch thick
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. 1 Spices: Combine the spices in a small bowl.
  2. 2 Prep Steak: Spray the steak with olive oil and coat both sides with the spices.
  3. 3 Cook: For 1-inch steak, air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 10 minutes (medium rare) or 12 minutes (medium). Flip halfway through.
  4. 4 Salt: Finish with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  5. 5 Rest: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
