  • 6-7 Mini Sweet Peppers cut lengthwise
  • 4oz Cream Cheese
  • 2oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 2oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1 Prep Peppers: Slice mini sweet peppers lengthwise to create boats
  2. 2 Mix Cheese: Combine shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese in a bowl
  3. 3 Assemble: Add a tsp of marinara sauce to each pepper half, followed by cream cheese and shredded cheese mixture
  4. 4 Preheat: Heat air fryer to 350°F / 180°C for 2 minutes
  5. 5 Cook: Arrange stuffed peppers in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
  6. 6 Finish: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley leaves
  7. 7 Note: Avoid shaking basket during cooking to prevent cheese spillage
