- 6-7 Mini Sweet Peppers cut lengthwise
- 4oz Cream Cheese
- 2oz Cheddar Cheese
- 2oz Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ Cup Marinara Sauce
Instructions
- 1 Prep Peppers: Slice mini sweet peppers lengthwise to create boats
- 2 Mix Cheese: Combine shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese in a bowl
- 3 Assemble: Add a tsp of marinara sauce to each pepper half, followed by cream cheese and shredded cheese mixture
- 4 Preheat: Heat air fryer to 350°F / 180°C for 2 minutes
- 5 Cook: Arrange stuffed peppers in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
- 6 Finish: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley leaves
- 7 Note: Avoid shaking basket during cooking to prevent cheese spillage
