About AirFry Pro
Air fryer recipes, cooking charts, and practical tools, edited by Chris DeWeese.
How to use our recipes
Each recipe lists ingredients, steps, servings, an air fryer temperature, and a time. Read the whole method before starting: soaking, marinating, chilling, and batch cooking can add time beyond the headline estimate.
Times are starting points. Basket size, food thickness, starting temperature, and appliance settings affect the result. Follow package instructions for frozen products and check doneness rather than relying only on the timer.
Calories are estimates per serving, not laboratory measurements. Ingredient brands, portion size, and oil use change the result. Our nutrition calculator lets you estimate your own ingredients.
A recipe listing is not a record of a controlled kitchen test. Where a page does not include documented testing notes, do not assume the result was verified on your appliance.
Food safety sources
Cooking temperature is the air fryer setting; internal temperature is measured in the food. They serve different purposes. Use a food thermometer and consult the US government safe internal temperature chart and USDA guidance for leftovers.
