- Your Stripe receipt reference and approximate purchase date
- What went wrong, including the device and browser if it is a download problem
Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords or screenshots containing them. If payment succeeded but the download did not open, please do not pay again.
Files and access
Your purchase includes a 23-page dinner guide and 4-page kitchen printables PDF. Save both files after checkout. Download access uses a secure cookie in that browser for 30 days. If you switch devices, clear cookies or miss the return page, contact us so we can verify your purchase and help you retrieve the files.
Purchase issues
Contact us about duplicate charges, inaccessible files or a product that does not match its description. We will review your purchase and help resolve the issue. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
