Ingredients

Meatloaf
2 lbs ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper
Glaze
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp mustard

Steps

    Mix all meatloaf ingredients gently. Don't overmix.

    Shape into a loaf that fits in your air fryer basket or form in a small loaf pan.

    Air fry at 375°F for 20 minutes.

    Mix glaze ingredients. Spread over the top of the meatloaf.

    Continue cooking 10-12 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F and glaze is caramelized. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

💡

Tip: The milk-soaked breadcrumbs (a panade) are the key to moist meatloaf — they trap moisture that lean turkey needs. Worcestershire adds deep umami flavor. Adding the glaze partway through prevents it from burning while still getting caramelized.
