
Cut steak into 1.5-inch cubes. Toss with marinade. Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Thread steak and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, turning every 4 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: Sirloin is the best cut for kabobs — tender enough but holds its shape. Cut everything the same size. Don't pack pieces tight — leave small gaps for air. For medium, go 12-14 minutes; well-done, 15-16.
