
Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry. Toss with olive oil and all seasonings.
Arrange in a single layer in the basket — don't overcrowd. Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes.
Shake the basket and cook 3-4 more minutes for medium-rare (130°F) or 5-6 more for medium (140°F).
Melt butter with garlic, parsley, and thyme. Toss hot steak bites in the garlic herb butter.
Serve immediately — steak bites are best piping hot.
Tip: Cut all pieces the same size for even cooking. Don't crowd the basket or the steak steams instead of searing. Sirloin is the best value; ribeye gives the most flavor.
