Shrimp
1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled
½ cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded coconut + ½ cup panko
Sauce
½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp lime juice

Steps

    Set up three bowls: seasoned flour, beaten eggs, coconut mixed with panko.

    Dredge each shrimp in flour → egg → coconut-panko. Press coating firmly.

    Spray basket lightly with oil. Air fry at 375°F for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.

    Mix chili sauce with lime juice. Serve shrimp immediately with sauce and lime wedges.
