
Pat wings completely dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange in a single layer in the basket. Air fry at 380°F for 12 minutes.
Flip wings. Increase to 400°F and cook 12-15 more minutes until skin is deeply golden and crispy.
Mix hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, and garlic powder. Toss hot wings in the buffalo sauce.
Serve with blue cheese or ranch, celery, and carrot sticks.
