Ingredients

Kebabs
1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, chunked
1 green bell pepper, chunked
1 red onion, chunked
1 zucchini, sliced thick
Marinade
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

    Cut chicken into 1.5-inch cubes. Toss with marinade ingredients. Marinate 30 minutes (or overnight).

    Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.

    Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, turning skewers every 5 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F.

    Let rest 3 minutes before serving.

💡

Tip: Use metal skewers or soak wooden ones for 30 minutes so they don't burn. Cut veggies and chicken the same size for even cooking. Don't pack pieces too tightly — leave small gaps for airflow.
