1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp balsamic glaze
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
2 tbsp dried cranberries (optional)
Chopped pecans (optional)

    Trim ends and halve Brussels sprouts. Remove any loose outer leaves (save them — they get extra crispy).

    Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place cut-side down for maximum caramelization.

    Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking once at 8 minutes, until deeply browned and crispy on the edges.

    Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with Parmesan, cranberries, or pecans.
