
Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add chopped bacon to the basket with the sprouts — the bacon fat renders and bastes everything.
Air fry at 390°F for 15-18 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until sprouts are charred and bacon is crispy.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with grated Parmesan.
Tip: Cut sprouts in half — flat sides down gives maximum caramelization. Loose outer leaves will fly around; that's fine, they become the crispiest chips.
